Hello and welcome to the Henderson Civic Theatre website. We are
the premiere performance venue of Rusk County and produce 5 to 7 live theatrical productions per year. Our 157-seat theatre
is located on Heritage Square in downtown Henderson, a National Register Historic District, in the original Opera
House which was built in 1885.
Here you will find information, past and
present, about who we are and what we do. Aside from current season information, we will have a full online archive of
all of the shows and special events that have been performed at our theatre since its inception in 1986. Parts of our archive
